Every watch we sell has been thoroughly examined and tested by our watchmaker and serviced if needed. All brands we sell are registered trademarks of their respective owner.

When you choose to consign your watch with us, you can rest assured that we will handle everything from start to finish.

Here’s how it works:

Submit Your Watch: Fill out the consignment form with details about your watch, including the desired sale price and the duration you wish for us to keep it in our possession.

Send Your Watch: Use our pre-paid shipping label to send your watch to us securely.

Professional Photography and Marketing: Our team will take professional photographs of your watch and market it to our extensive network of luxury watch buyers.

Sale and Payment: Once your watch is sold, we will take a 12.5% consignment fee from the total gross sales price and send you the remaining amount.

Every watch we sell generally ships out within one (1) business day of receipt of your order and verification of received/cleared payment. All USA orders are shipped via FedEx two-day shipping and are fully insured at no additional charge to the customer unless otherwise discussed.

We also video all our outgoing watches, including operation, condition, contents, and packing, from start to finish, and store the videos in our records.

International Shipping is available to all countries where insurance is available.

Yes, we ship worldwide. We use a 3rd party insurance service in conjunction with FedEx and UPS, so if we can ship fully insured to your country, we will ship there.

However, any applicable VAT/Import taxes will be paid by the buyer of the watch. G2 Timepieces accepts no responsibility for any kind for VAT/Import tax you may incur.

We will quote a shipping rate before completig the transaction.

You have 24 hours from date and time of receiving the watch through the adult signature provided through FedEX or UPS to issue any claim against the watch if found not as described.

After 24 hours, all sales are final.

If you choose to return a timepiece within the 24 hour timeframe, you agree to cover the return shipping. Return shipping CANNOT be through USPS. It must be with FedEx or UPS insured to the full value of the purchase price and must be packed in the same manner it was received or better. There are no exceptions to this.

We can also provide you with prepaid insured shipping label and the cost will be deducted from the sale price before refunds.
